preferred residence: Florence area.MAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES

Handle service requests ensuring planning, organization, and execution of direct customer support services, promptly visiting customers, analyzing technical problems, and identifying the most appropriate solution;

Prepare servicequotes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the profitability goals of the division;

Promote technical maintenance contracts, customizing the offer based on the customer's needs;

Ensure the inventory is up to date and manage the direct handling of tools;

Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through the analysis of customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams;

Establish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs, ensuring a positive outcome in terms of customer satisfaction and product image;

Support the KAMin performing competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables;

Responsible forcarrying out administrative tasks to ensure the company's quality and safety standards as outlined by the policies.REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent;

4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance;
