Purpose of the position: As HR Development intern you will join our Human Resources & Organisation Function within focus on People Learning and Development activities.
How can you support us?
Analysis of aggregated data of the annual employee performance evaluation/engagement/motivation surveys.
Drafting of individual development plans.
Preparation of monitoring reports on Development processes.
Planning and monitoring of transversal and specialist training for apprenticeship employees.
Management of the enrollment and payment for external courses in compliance with company process and validation
Preparation of reports related to training activities delivered.
Management of training operating systems and support in case of technical issues.
What are we looking for?
Education: bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics or related fields or bachelor’s/master’s degree in Sociology / Psychology or Master HR.
Languages: English level B1/B2 required.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Soft skills: reliability, accuracy, teamwork, analysis.
Nice to have: any previous experience in training activities.
