About The Role VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
- Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
- Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
- Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
- Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

Education University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
Experience & Qualifications
- Sales,

business development, or technical experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communicative English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Product and sales training provided based on experience level
