As a Governance & Innovation Senior Consultant, you will join our Operations team with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and ensuring effective governance on innovation-driven projects. You will support our clients in activities with a focus on innovation challenges, leveraging your management and technical skills. Directly interacting with our customers, you will lead digital transformation decisions with a strong eye on both business and technology.
Specifically,
you will help our customers to drive the change with specific tasks:
Governance models to support innovation and digital initiatives in line with leading practices
Provide support for complex innovation initiatives across digital and application domains
Define, establish, and evolve models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios
Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets
Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership
