In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead daily production activities across assembly, lapping, testing, and related manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are achieved.
Lead,
coach, and support production leaders and manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Maintenance teams to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans.
Coordinate mechanical assembly and testing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, waste reduction, quality enhancement, and process efficiency.
