THE POSITION
The Director of Sales oversees all sales activities with the support of the team and ensures all bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied. Reporting to the General Manager,

the DoS will be a key member of the executive team of the property.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales action plan in co-operation with the Property and Head Office team;
- Determine revenue and expenditure budgets in co-operation with internal and Head Office team;
- Determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments with the aim of maximizing the Hotel revenues;
- Control of expenses on a regular basis;
- Execute sales action plan;
- Acquire new local/national/international accounts (prospect and solicit new accounts via telemarketing and cold calling);
- Continually fill in database with clients and potential clients;
