The candidate will oversee validation, failure analysis, and test development activities to support new devices through development and production launch phases. They will be responsible for introducing new products into ultra-high-volume production and will lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, including Integration, CMOS Design, MEMS Design, Foundry, Packaging, and Test teams. The applicant must be familiar with MEMS sensor technologies and capable of conducting failure analysis. Proficiency in statistical data analysis and test automation is required.
