Duties and Responsibilities
- check and assist with the daily setup of the spa reception according to six senses spa standards.
- re‐confirm and verify guest bookings, manage appointment cards and schedules for the following day.
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception and front‐of‐house spa areas, including wet zones.
- remove and replace towels and amenities in common spa areas as needed.
- offer retail products appropriately and ensure the retail area is set up to standards.

- answer telephone and email communications.
- uphold six senses guidelines, service standards and lqa benchmarks.

Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent; at least 1year experience in luxury spas or health clubs.
- hospitality diploma from a recognized school is preferred.

Technical Skills
- ms office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
- up‐to‐date with fitness and wellness trends.
- fluent in italian and english; additional languages are a plus. eu work permit. xivgfpx

Compensation
annual gross salary range: €19000 – €22500.
