Role Description The Senior Business Developer will play a key role in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities for Rastan Consulting in target markets and segments.
This tempo parziale remote role involves building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their strategic priorities, and positioning Rastan Consulting’s services to meet those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM tools. The Senior Business Developer will collaborate closely with the founder and consulting team to refine value propositions, prepare proposals, and support the design of tailored engagements. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to commercial strategy, and ensuring a high standard of professional communication and client experience.
