Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Testing Designer who will ensure the reliability of finished products and mechanical components/systems.
- You will be responsible for designing and executing tests, inspections, and certifications necessary to verify defined functional/reliability requirements, and continuously updating applicable regulatory references and compliance tests.
- Define mission profiles for machines and subsystems/components.
- Analyze potential failure modes and their effects.
- Develop test plans for functional/reliability verification of machines/components.
- Design tests and testing machines.
- Design equipment for measurements and experimental tests.
- Define test protocols and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct experimental measurements of loads applied to products by users and testing machines during testing.
