At Accelerate Recruitment, we are looking for an ambitious, English-speaking B2B Sales Professional to join our fast-growing international team in Malta. This is not a lead-generation assembly line - you will own the entire sales cycle, from initial strategy to attract niche clients across the Finance, Legal & Banking worlds, to closing deals and driving expansion.

~ Take ownership of the B2B sales process from start to finish. You won't just generate leads; you will pitch C-level decision-makers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and directly shape our business footprint across global markets - building your confidence and impact in the role.
~ Moving to a new country can feel daunting,



but you won't be doing it alone. We provide 1-on-1 guidance on everything - from finding the right apartment to navigating local paperwork. You'll join a supportive, international team that knows the process inside out and will have your back from day one.
Fluent/Native-level English (written and spoken).
Background in B2B sales or high-volume lead gen (SDR/BDR/AE) - hungry to take full control
Willingness to relocate to Malta and thrive in a fast-paced, international target-driven environment. (Proven Earning Potential Average Base + Uncapped Commission):
