International Medical Device Sales & Business Developer | FR/IT Speaking | Remote

GrowthMedics helps medical device, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets.

This role is intended for Medical Device Sales Professionals (3 to max 6 years of experience) who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.
To be considered, you must have:
- 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers,



or working for a medical device distributor
- Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian

This role is not suitable for candidates without medical device or healthcare sales experience
This role is not suitable for marketing, research, customer service, or regulatory-only profiles
This role is not intended for senior sales managers, directors, or executives
The Role
This is an outbound new sales and business development role focused on generating new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline.
