Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead and inspire our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction across our luxury resort. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment whilst ensuring operational excellence. - Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism - Supervise, train,
