What you will do:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner;
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution;
Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365;
Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures;
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
At least 1 year of experience in customer support role (technical support preferably) in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools);
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with constant attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills;
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers;
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
