We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our esteemed client in the innovative consumer electronics sector. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for advanced consumer electronics, specifically focusing on iRobot robotic home solutions.
Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Serve as a subject matter expert,
delivering exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking client base.
Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure quality assurance in the consumer electronics field.
Assist users with product setup, app integration, and firmware updates for sophisticated smart home devices.
Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate, industry-leading solutions to technical inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and improve the overall consumer experience.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international office environment.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility).
Strong interest or experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for smart technology.
