Your Role
In This Position, You Will
- Perform structured analyses and research to support client engagements.
- Translate data into insights and contribute to client recommendations.
- Help shape strategies and develop high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members and actively participate in client discussions.
You will also take part in our onboarding and training program, designed to quickly build your understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market and accelerate your growth within the firm.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated, strategic thinkers with a passion for Life Sciences and an interest in strategy consulting, who are eager to combine science and business. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Skills
- Analytical & structured problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Initiative and results orientation.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Full availability to travel.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Background & Experience
- 1–3 years’ strategy-consulting experience, ideally with a leading firm or high-performing
