Il Borgo Cashmere Srl, a family-owned manufacturing company that has been producing garments using the finest textile fibers since 1949, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our boutiques in Florence, Via dei Tosinghi 46/R and Borgo Pinti 99 (inside Four Seasons Hotel).

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand Ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers;
Ensure and maintain high standards of the shop floor and visual displays, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures;
Embody and transmit the Company's projects with passion through effective product knowledge;
Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and Italian. Other languages are considered a plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;




Strong customer focus, with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
Passion for human relations and sales;
Availability to go to the Company's headquarters in Borgo San Lorenzo to provide service at the Company outlet when necessary.

What we offer:
Fixed-term, full-time contract (40 hours per week), with the possibility of permanent employment at the end of the contract;
CCNL Abbigliamento Artigianato – 3rd level, Sales Assistant / Clerk for sales to the public;
Remuneration in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) and the relevant level of classification;
On-site work.
