CLIENT ADVISOR TEMPO PARZIALE 24H VENICE OFFERING * Basic Salary up to €26K / Pro-rated * Great commission scheme & Company benefits * Maternity cover contract RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.
- Drive personal KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
- Consistently maintain company standards and procedures, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a premium/luxury fashion retail environment.




- Ability to identify business trends, with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous personality, while being a strong team player.
