Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Corporate & Fund Services Specialist to support fund operations, investor administration, governance, reporting oversight and service provider coordination.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include:
Supporting capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and investor onboarding/KYC.
Maintaining investor records, fund registers and governance documentation.
Coordinating board materials, filings and corporate administration processes.
Managing relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel and other service providers.
Supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
Assisting with transactions,
new fund launches and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
3-5 years’ experience in fund administration, fund operations, corporate services or financial services.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and project coordination skills.
Good understanding of fund structures, investor servicing and reporting processes.
Excellent written and spoken English.
