The Position

In this key leadership role,
you will be responsible for growing our creative capability, raising market awareness, and inspiring clients and prospects across the Southern Europe region (Spain, Italy, and Portugal). The position can be based in our Madrid, Milan, or Lisbon office.
You will blend strategic storytelling with creative excellence to showcase not just what creative looks good, but why it works, how it drives measurable results, and how Incubeta’s solutions fit into our clients' wider marketing mix.
