Antonio Marras entered the fashion world almost by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with the collection bearing his name in 1999. From the outset, he distinguished himself through his experimentation and his ability to narrate the diverse realities around him, creating fusions of art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, his great passion. Remaining impossible to classify as a pure stylist, and favoring dialogue between haute couture and RTW, Antonio Marras remains unique in his genre, applying his personal vision to all fields he explores. A true "fil rouge," a thread of passion, that unites all his creations. For the new opening of our boutique at the Incisa Luxury Outlet, we are looking for a Client Advisor.
Responsibilities: Welcome customers, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the Antonio Marras spirit; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand.
Achieve store sales targets, constantly monitoring KPIs, using appropriate techniques for effective selling (with particular attention to up-selling and cross-selling).
Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre and post-sales).
