As the business prepares to open in 2026, they are seeking talented kitchen professionals to join from the ground up and help shape something genuinely special on the island.
The Roles
- Sous Chef — supports the Head Chef and upholds standards across sections
- Junior Sous Chef — supports senior leadership and oversees operations in their absence
- Senior Chef de Partie — runs a section to a high standard and guides junior chefs
- Chef de Partie — manages a designated section independently under pressure
- Steward — maintains kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, equipment care and waste management

- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in line with a seasonal Mediterranean menu
- Maintain presentation, portion control and flavour consistency throughout every service
- Complete accurate mise en place and run your section efficiently during prep and live service
- Communicate clearly and calmly with the wider brigade
- Monitor stock within your section, minimise waste and follow correct storage and FIFO practices
