For our customer, an important Italian company operating in the trucks and machinery field, part of an international group, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Posizione:
This role combines team leadership and cross-functional coordination with strong industrial engineeringexpertise and hands-on operational responsibility, ensuring accountability for performance, safety, efficiency,reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize production processes (MTM, time studies);
- Improve layouts, material flows and drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Develop and maintain standard work and technical documentation;
- Monitor and improve KPIs (DLP, efficiency, capacity, labor planning);
- Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and processes;
- Collaborate with R&D; and Quality to enhance performance;
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work cycles;
- Support tooling,
line setup, and workstation optimization;
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
- Ensure equipment reliability and plant efficiency;
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and service agreements;
- Manage CAPEX, upgrades, and technical projects.
- Requisiti:
Main requirements:
- 5-7 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering;
- Experience in structured industrial environments (automotive preferred or industries with production lines);
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related);
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset;
- English fluent (B2 or higher);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective organization and prioritization;
- Clear communication and teamwork.
