Manufacturing Quality - Specialist
Job Purpose
- To drive and roll out all Quality related activities assigned with the scope of new technologies introduction and continuous improvement applied in the Manufacturing area with special focus on the digital transformation of the BSEMEA quality processes applied in the manufacturing space.
- The person should be able to develop and carry out autonomously his activities with strong leadership and proactive mindset, toward his team and other functions/stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Quality roadmap implementation (Quality 4.0)
- Drive the digital transformation of the BSEMEA quality assurance processes applied in the manufacturing
- Respect plan realization for projects as Quality SME
- Support the injection of digital Quality capabilities in the BSEMEA Quality community
- Manufacturing Quality support to new process industrialization
- Lead cross functional teams to evaluate design and processes at the early product design phase
- Perform Risk Process Quality assessment by PFMEA analysis on existing and new technologies and ensure robust linkage with up
