Overview

- Brightstar, a global leader in the lottery industry, is seeking talented and technology‑driven young professionals who want to become part of our organization through a structured Internship Program.
- The program will allow you to test and grow your capabilities across three different areas within our iLottery Technology team:
- Project / Program Management
- Business System Analysis
- Process Re-engineering
- At the end of the program, interns will have gained knowledge and hands-on experience in project management methodologies, functional analysis of software products, and optimization of organizational processes.

Program
- Undergraduate Students:
- A curricular internship, followed by an extracurricular internship, for a total duration of up to 12 months.
- Recent Graduates:




- A direct extracurricular internship with a maximum duration of 6 months.
- Throughout the program, interns will be supported by experienced mentors who will guide them through daily challenges.
- The program includes three rotations across the three functional areas, plus a final period within a team identified by the manager based on the intern’s performance and team needs.

Activities in Project/program management Area
- The intern will support the Project Management Office (PMO) team in managing the delivery of the iLottery platform for international customers. This role requires building cross-functional consensus and ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget.
- Working closely with Product Owners and Technology teams, the intern will play a key role in the success of software delivery.
