The opportunity:
We are looking for a Key Account professional to manage and grow strategic relationships with our enterprise clients. In this role you will be responsible for driving long-term customer value, ensuring successful delivery across presales, delivery and post-sales phases,



and collaborating closely with sales, delivery and product teams to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks.

RAL:40K-50K + premio:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders to understand business goals and align Agile Lab solutions.
- Presales Collaboration: Work with the sales and solution teams to shape proposals, scope opportunities, and define commercial and technical approaches that meet client needs.
- Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected quality standards.
- Customer Success & Retention: Own customer satisfaction, proactively address issues, ensure service continuity and drive adoption of delivered solutions.
