What you'll need to have
- 2+ years working as HR GENERALIST preferably in multinational or Retail companies
- Proved experience in leading team,
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR procedures as well as legal reporting requirements
- Passion to create a people oriented working environment
- Accomplishes goals, completes tasks, and achieves results
- Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player
What you'll be doing day to day
- Act as an HR Business partner to the unit manager on all People topics
- Implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives at unit level
- Ensure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents with the right contracts in close collaboration with the Recruitment Team
- Ensure and execute delivery of learning & training at unit level, unless provided by the Market Area
- Securing engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers
- Support to create correct staff costs analysis
- Support all company’s stakeholders on all HR administration topics
- Prepare internal communication related to HR topics;
- Draft and implement internal policies and procedures;
