As an Automotive Technical Trainer, you take care of the design and development of trainings, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines and you are responsible for the training planning of the projects.
If you own a relevant technical knowledge of product aspects, training techniques and you speak Italian and English fluently, then read on
What will you be doing on a daily basis
- Find up to date information to design trainings that can be introduced in other countries as well;
- Define and propose realistic training goals to the project manager;
- Provide trainings for Instructors;
- Place the teaching kit in Digital Assets Management System and in the Learning Management System;
- Ensure "test trainings" meet customer’s expectations.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive) or equivalent automotive field experience;
- Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience as Technical Trainer in the Automotive industry;
- Knowledge of After-sales automotive processes;
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods,
tools and techniques (understanding some scorm editor is considered a plus);
- Fluency in Italian and in English is a must;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to use MS Office package.
