JOB PROFILE
As a Supply Chain Manager your professional mission will be to ensure that goods arrive in warehouses in time to be finished or satisfied and comply with publication dates. Your activities:
- Provide local production co-ordination support for projects, oversee production timeline and coordinate the production management process with local teams
- Participate in the pre-production phase and production phase, to be aware of launch plans and ongoing activities, supporting the launch plan definition in marketing meetings and leading the operations meeting with a specific focus on running and new projects
- Manage delays or problems finding solution with the other functions involved
- Identify and promote processes that can improve project efficiency
- Provide regular status reports

- Head of procurement & Supply Chain
- Product Development team
- Procurement
- Import/Export
- Stock Team
- Operations Fulfillment Team
Geographical scope: South Europe + UK, DE, USA
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Management Engineering or similar
- 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain division, preferably in the FMCG
- Fluent English
- Ability to define priorities, assign tasks and activities to the specialist team; solving rising problems, also exploiting data driven solution
- Ability to communicate effectively, in a positive way, and to respect different cultures, adpating the comunication to the different stakeholders
- Ability to develop good communication among procurement team members and internal stakeholders and share informations about suppliers and business decisions
Place of work: Milano (with two days of lavoro da remoto per week)
