Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium support to Italian-speaking customers regarding high-end consumer electronics devices.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient solutions.
Document customer interactions within the CRM system with precision and clarity.
Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics technology trends and product releases.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our tech-forward clientele.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passionate about the consumer electronics industry and new technologies.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic customer-centric approach.
Ability to relocate to Athens for this premier on-site role.
Intermediate proficiency in English for international team collaboration.
