To create exceptional arrival and guest experiences, we are looking for a warm, attentive and service-oriented Concierge / Valet (m/f/d) who creates special moments for our guests through personalised service, seamless organisation and extensive knowledge of the Alpine surroundings.
Your Tasks
Warmly welcome and personally assist our guests upon arrival and departure
Assist with luggage service and valet parking
Organise and oversee garage management
Maintain and manage the hotel's vehicle fleet
Manage and organise the e-bike fleet
Prepare and support personalised outdoor experiences
Maintain and monitor outdoor areas, pathways and access points around the resort
Prepare and oversee special outdoor experiences such as fire pits
Provide recommendations on activities, nature experiences and regional highlights
Fulfil individual guest requests with attentiveness and a strong service mindset
Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and all operational departments
Your Profile
Experience in Concierge, Valet, Front Office or upscale hospitality service is an advantage
Genuine host personality with a passion for direct guest interaction
Enthusiasm for the Alpine environment and outdoor experiences
Valid Category B driving licence required
Confident handling of vehicles and an interest in mobility
Well-groomed appearance and professional communication skills
Helpful, flexible and solution-oriented personality
Very good command of English; Italian or German is an advantage
