About the role
The Expert Marketing function aims to increase both the number of touchpoints (multichannel reach) and frequency of engagement with meaningful Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
across Haleon product categories, leveraging a progressively omnichannel approach.
The Expert Activation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of this ecosystem, ensuring the design and brilliant execution of impactful Expert activation plans across channels.
This role is responsible for defining and implementing local omnichannel strategies, maximizing HCP engagement and business impact.
A key focus is on performance monitoring and continuous optimization, leveraging data, insights, and advanced analytics to refine activation strategies and improve ROI.
The role collaborates closely with Categories and Media, Medical, Regulatory functions to ensure consistency, execution excellence, and the evolution toward a fully data-driven operating model.
