Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team for an Italian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service within the fast-paced Customer Support Services industry while enjoying a fully supported relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide accurate and relevant assistance to users.
Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices within the Customer Support Services department.
Consistently meet individual and team performance targets to ensure service excellence.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for success in Italian-speaking jobs.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the Customer Support Services sector.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and integrate into a multicultural team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of patience and empathy.
