We are currently searching for professionals to join our prestigious client, Miele, for the Italian Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-end technical support and guidance to customers regarding Miele’s premium range of consumer electronics.
Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and innovation.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues with household appliances,
offering clear and concise solutions to the Italian market.
Develop a deep understanding of Miele product specifications to provide expert recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company CRM to ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the reputation of Miele in the competitive consumer electronics industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical service requests effectively.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics sector.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
