For the IMA T&T; Division, we are looking for an AREA SALES MANAGER - AUTOMATION FOR THE TOBACCO PACKAGING INDUSTRY.
IMA T&T; is the division specialized in the design and manufacture of machinery for dosing and packaging applications within the Tobacco & Technologies sector.
The Role
Plan sales activities aimed at expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Conduct commercial visits as well as courtesy visits not directly related to sales opportunities.
In response to customer requests, and in collaboration with technical colleagues, develop customized solutions that will subsequently be translated into commercial proposals.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations with the support of the relevant Project Managers.
Liaise with the Legal Department regarding contractual matters.
Support and engage with customers throughout the complaint management process.
Develop and maintain a local commercial support network within the assigned territories.
Coordinate and, when required, manage the activities of sales agents operating within the assigned region.
Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Back Office, After-Sales Service, Production, and Engineering departments.
Participate in industry trade shows and events.
