We are seeking Fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our client's service provider team. This is a remote position within Greece, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Provide clear and professional support to French-speaking customers * Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions * Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines * Cooperate closely with internal teams when needed Requirements * Fluent Italian (C1+) * Good command of English (for internal communication)
