Financial Reporting & Accounting Leadership Opportunity | Latin America

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance professional to join a growing team supporting a U.S.-based organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, financial close, and U.S. GAAP, followed by meaningful experience working within global or U.S.-based companies.

Ideal Background
8–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Prior Big 4 experience (has worked at Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP
Extensive experience with financial reporting and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close
Current or previous experience at the Controller, Assistant Controller, VP of Finance, or equivalent level
Strong understanding of accounting processes, controls, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation




Experience with NetSuite and/or Sage is a plus
Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment

We Are Also Interested in Junior Profiles

We are additionally open to Senior Associate / Junior Manager-level professionals with approximately 3–5 years of experience who could join the team in a supporting capacity.

Big 4 experience
Strong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals
U.S. GAAP knowledge
Excellent English communication skills
Exposure to multinational or U.S.-based clients/companies
