This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Alpaca Connect based in Italy.
This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on building the tools and services that enable developers to launch and manage applications on a financial technology platform.
You will work across TypeScript, React, Go, APIs, and distributed systems to create secure, intuitive developer experiences.
Your work will directly improve partner onboarding, application management, compliance workflows, marketplace discovery, consent, and permissions.
You will connect these experiences with identity, account, trading, and market data systems while maintaining strong security and reliability.
The role offers substantial ownership, from product design and implementation through production delivery and technical direction.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Compliance, Support, Partnerships, and Platform teams in a globally distributed environment.
It is an excellent fit for an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ambiguous requirements into simple, scalable products.

Accountabilities:
Build and maintain full-stack experiences using TypeScript and React, supported by backend services written in Go.
Develop and improve developer-facing workflows covering application onboarding, testing, compliance review, approval, publishing, and ongoing management.
Transform manual support and compliance processes into efficient, transparent, and auditable self-service workflows.
Design and implement APIs and integrations connecting identity, account, trading, and market data systems.
Build secure workflows for authentication, authorization, consent, and permissions.
Own features throughout the complete development lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, deployment, and production support.
