ecoprime Italia is looking for a Junior Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Milan and support the management and performance optimisation of our clients' renewable energy portfolios (photovoltaic and wind assets).
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional or recent graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in renewable energy asset management and becoming an integral part of our team.
We are looking for a person who is curious, committed, and eager to continuously develop their knowledge while growing together with the company. The role offers the opportunity to gradually take on increasing responsibilities and develop a solid understanding of renewable energy asset management within an international environment.
Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progressively develop their responsibilities, gaining deeper expertise in asset management, renewable energy operations, and portfolio optimisation.

Job Responsibilities
As part of the Asset Management team, you will support the operational, technical, and administrative activities related to renewable energy assets, including:
- Supporting the Asset Management team in the daily management of photovoltaic and wind portfolios
- Collecting, organising, and maintaining technical, contractual, and administrative documentation
- Updating monitoring files, databases, and internal reports
