Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within our telecommunications management systems.

Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product updates to provide accurate, expert-level information.

Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
