We are currently searching for dedicated professionals for an Italian Speaking Financial Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding sophisticated financial products and services.

Resolve complex financial inquiries with precision, maintaining the high standards expected in the finance industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operational processes and improve client satisfaction.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in a finance, banking, or fintech customer support environment is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for handling numerical data and complex financial concepts.
Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills, critical for those pursuing Italian-speaking jobs.
Ability to adapt to a remote work environment while remaining fully engaged with the team in Greece.
