We are looking for the next season 2027, a Concierge Agent to join our Front of the House team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.
He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive and insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, cultural events, and hidden gems
Skillfully make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, transportation (taxis, private cars, boats), excursions,
spa treatments, and other bespoke services
Maintain an extensive network of contacts with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to secure preferred access and exceptional experiences for guests
Handle guest inquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, no matter how unique or challenging
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel services, facilities, and local events
Manage guest mail, messages, and packages with care and precision
Maintain a detailed log of guest preferences and special requests to ensure a highly personalized service experience during current and future stays
Collaborate closely with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concierge Agent in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospital
