The Director of Field Marketing leads a distributed, high‑performing Field Marketing team across multiple countries and regions, ensuring a unified European operating model that is tightly aligned to Sales priorities, vendor strategies, and our GTM BLUEPRINT. This role sets direction, standards, and investment guardrails; steers resource allocation and capability building; and ensures execution quality, compliance, and measurable commercial outcomes at scale. It operates with high autonomy and executive‑level accountability, embedding FUTURE READY ways of working (agility, tech fluency, data‑driven decisions) and our values of Ambition, Integrity, Accountability, and Partnership in day‑to‑day leadership and stakeholder engagement. The location for this role would be Milan, Madrid, Paris or Lisbon

A core part of the mandate is to synchronize Field Marketing, EMEA Vendor Marketing, and Global (Corporate) Marketing: feeding country‑level insight into EMEA strategic vendor plans, leveraging corporate assets and brand guidance,



and enabling local adaptation so execution is both consistent across Europe and relevant to local markets.

Leadership & Team Stewardship
* Lead all Field Marketing Executives (Levels 1-3) across the assigned multi‑country, and regional scope; set clear standards, rhythms, and expectations for performance, collaboration, and governance.
* Build capability and ensure the team has strong coverage and readiness through structured coaching, onboarding, and continuity planning; provide first‑person mentorship to accelerate proficiency in Westcon‑Comstor processes, vendor frameworks, and tools.
* Model executive presence and high‑trust collaboration with Sales, Vendor, Partner, Solutions, and Marketing stakeholders; remove blockers and drive aligned decisions quickly.
