Role Description
This position provides on-site clinical and application support to distributors, agents and surgeons within the assigned Region, while also playing an active role in driving sales and business development.
The position works closely with the Line Manager to identify and develop business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, support product adoption and generate incremental sales, contributing to the achievement and overachievement of regional sales targets and budget.
OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
· Conducts on-site training and product presentation for optoms/opticians/MD’s and local application specialists.
· Conduct and organize Surgeons’ proctoring activities for Surgeons’ certification
· Support surgeons, distributors/agents, for lens calculation and verification activities
· Train and/or re-train distributors, agents or sales force in general on approved products/accessories
· Train / speak at educational days at defined clinics
· Disseminates key marketing and clinical messages (news, Highlights from congresses, latest articles, new products, and developments) and educates on the usage of thi
