IMA LIFE, a division specialized in the design and manufacturing of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic environments, is looking for an After Sales Project Manager.
The role acts as the primary interface between customers and the internal organization in managing upgrade projects and new format implementations for automatic machines and systems intended for the pharmaceutical industry.

Act as the main point of contact for the customer (in collaboration with the dedicated After Sales Commercial Support department) throughout the entire lifecycle of upgrade and new format projects.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams (internal and external), ensuring compliance with technical specifications, documentation requirements, and contractual obligations.
Manage order and contract reviews in collaboration with the Service Account Manager.
Organize internal and external kick-off meetings and lead regular project progress meetings, sharing and updating project checklists.
Manage customer communications, monitoring compliance with contractual terms and handling change orders.
