Our client is a growing consumer-focused brand looking to expand its reach and brand awareness through authentic creator partnerships and consistent social media execution. As the company continues to grow its influencer and creator network, they are seeking a US Influencer Marketing & Copywriting Specialist to manage influencer outreach, creator relationships, UGC coordination, and day-to-day social media activities.
Role Overview
The US Influencer Marketing & Copywriting Specialist will lead day-to-day influencer outreach and creator partnerships while supporting the company's social media presence. The primary focus of this role will be identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers, creators, bloggers, affiliate partners, and UGC opportunities.
The US Influencer Marketing & Copywriting Specialist will also support social media publishing, community engagement, content calendars, and light content creation while helping the marketing team execute campaigns and grow an organized network of creator partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator ecosystem,
is highly organized, and can combine relationship-building with hands-on social media execution.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Coordination
Source and identify influencers, creators, bloggers, and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives.
Recruit and build relationships with qualified creator partners.
Conduct influencer outreach and manage ongoing creator communications.
Coordinate campaign briefs, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Track creator deliverables and ensure campaigns remain organized and on schedule.
Monitor influencer and creator performance to help evaluate partnership effectiveness.
Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and active creators.
Maintain an organized library of creator assets and campaign materials.
