Who You Are:
You are an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of public company filing requirements and the skill set to drive process improvements as the company prepares for scale and, potentially, the public markets. You have a strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, along with a proven ability to analyze and document key tec
