The opportunity:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will own relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value realisation, adoption of our solutions and commercial growth.
You will act as the trusted advisor for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams across presales, delivery and post-sales to deliver exceptional outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Account Strategy: Define and execute account plans that deliver business value, retention and revenue growth for each assigned client.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for executive and senior stakeholders, building trust and aligning Agile Lab’s offerings with customer objectives.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of projects and services.
- Commercial Expansion: Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities; lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the sales team.
