Business Controller - Compressor Technique Business Area Controller (Customert Center) 1:

Reporting to: General Manager
You will play a key role in the control and guidance of Atlas Copco Italia Compressor Technique financial results, including reporting, forecasting and analysis. You will be responsible for complying with Atlas Copco policies as set forth in “The Way We Do Things,” and support and develop the organization and its resources in accordance with our growth plan. You will be part of the senior management. You are a collaborator who finds it easy to work with the other Department Heads to gather required information for reporting and control of the company results. You are naturally curious and seek out new information to support forecasting and analysis of results. You are timely and detail oriented in all your work.
We are looking for a Business Controller to lead business control activities and support management with accurate analysis, digital tools, and strategic insights to drive sustainable, profitable, and inclusive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Control, Strategic Planning & Risk Management
- Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency.
- Develop analytical tools and risk indicators to support proactive decision-making.
- Provide financial insights to optimize costs, allocate resources, and support growth initiatives.
- Identify risks and opportunities, raising flags when needed to protect performance.
Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence
- Promote the use of digital tools to automate processes and enhance financial transparency.
- Develop BI dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and Group policies.
- Guarantee compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
