BRIC Energy is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of photovoltaic projects in Italy, with the possibility of involvement in international EU projects.

We are a stable and fast-growing full-service EPC partner specializing in turnkey utility-scale photovoltaic power plants. With over 100 successfully delivered projects and more than 1 GW of installed capacity across Europe and Japan, we are a strong player in the renewable energy sector. We pride ourselves on reliability and professional execution—managing projects from engineering to grid connection primarily with our own in-house teams. We are currently expanding our capacities for upcoming large-scale international projects, including innovative Agri-PV installations.

Requirements

- Valid Italian certification for construction site management/safety (Mandatory requirement).
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
- Team leadership experience on site.
- Willingness to travel within Italy / EU as required by the project.
- Driving licence category B.
- Good command of Italian or English.

Experience with photovoltaic power plants is an advantage, but not a requirement.
